Harvest attracts a diverse crowd of 200 individuals from all walks of life and all corners of the world. We share a thirst for knowledge and a focus for a brighter future, while reserving the right to have a good time.
Set on the wild and stunning coastline of the Aegean, Kaplankaya is a 400-hectare private hideaway, perfect for living a life reconnected.

Situated between Bodrum and Didim, Kaplankaya is home to spectacular natural surroundings of olive groves, mountainous terrain and pristine beaches.

How to get there
The closest international airports, Milas-Bodrum (BJV) and İzmir Adnan Menderes (ADT), accommodate over 40 scheduled flights per day from Istanbul and Ankara international airports, as well as many seasonal direct flights from many European and Middle Eastern cities (eg. London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Moscow, Baku, Kuwait etc).

Transfers from Milas-Bodrum (BJV):
You can reach Kaplankaya in just 10 minutes by helicopter, 30 minutes by boat or 60 minutes by car. Transfers are not included in your ticket, however we can help arrange one for you.

What is included in the price of a ticket?
The ticket includes the hotel room booked for the duration of your stay, full access to the event including speakers and workshops, and the food and beverages included in the program.
What is not included in the price of a ticket?
  • Transportation to and from the airport.
    You must book your own transportation to and from the airport via the Six Senses Team by emailing them directly at reservations-kaplankaya@sixsenses.com.
  • Spa treatments
  • Food and beverages outside of the allocated program are not included in the ticket.

What are the transportation options?
  • Private land transfer: €100 including breakfast for one way.
  • Helicopter transfer: €900 including breakfast for one way.
  • Private boat transfer: €650 including breakfast for one way.

Where is the closest airport?
The closest airport is Milas-Bodrum Airport.
Do I need a visa for Turkey?
It is possible that you will need a visa to visit Turkey. Please check on this website to see if you require one and be sure to organise it well in advance as this can take a few days to process.
When does the event start and finish?
The event will start from the morning of Friday 24 May and finish late on Sunday 26 May. We recommend staying from Thursday 23 May to Monday 27 May in order to take advantage of the full experience.

Are there any alternative food options available?
Yes, we have gluten-free and vegan options available for our Harvest Nature guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
We allow cancellation for a full refund anytime before April 24, 2019. After April 24, 2019, tickets are no longer refundable. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible in the case of an emergency cancellation. For all cancellations, please contact reservations@harvestkaplankaya.com to request a cancellation.
What is the dress code?
The event takes place on the beautiful Aegean coastline with ample opportunity to lounge in the sun and go for a dip in the sea to cool off, so be sure to bring beach wear. Otherwise the dress code is casual, however please note that evenings can get a bit chilly so it's best to bring something to wrap up warm.
